The amount of your pension is made up of your basic pension + your supplementary pension.
Basic pension
The pension calculated corresponds to your best 25 years, assuming that you have contributed enough quarters (4 quarters per year) and that you retire at the age required to obtain a full pension.
Supplementary pension
Every year, depending on how much you earn, you earn points that make up your supplementary pension. At the end of your career, your points are converted into an amount which is added each month to your basic pension. This value is calculated over the long term.
